Description: Free indoor skatepark with prefab obstacles on concrete surface. Somerton is a small farm town on the far southwestern corner of the state, between yuma, arizona, and the mexico border. The skatepark here is really small, and extremely sparse. Featuring an array of prefab boxes, rails, benches, and picnic tables, it’s a very “street-specific” obstacle course. Located right next door to the city library, it’s pretty easy to find, but not terribly fun to skate. It's also hot as sweltering hell in the summertime; bring sunscreen and tons of water if you're planning on staying more than ten minutes. –bud stratford, everything skateboarding/concrete disciples, january 2018.
