Description: Located downtown, at LA's ARCO building, Arco Rails were one of the most legendary skate spots in LA. During the 90s to early 2000s they were one of the most recognizable spots in LA. There was a top 8 stair set which was followed by a bottom 17 stair set. Only a select few stepped to these handrails in a line, and the center rails have since been removed.
