Skatepark chimbote in "el acero" is placed very close to the main plaza from chimbote the fishers city in peru, 460 km to the norht shore from lima the capital of peru. Yo can arrive to lima and take a bus 6 hours 5 hours to chimbote.... Everything is cheap there.
